Modules and courses offered

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  •  A 4 year Bachelor degree at a honour’s level in a health related or social science discipline
  • or a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health and;
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in  health related environment

 The MPH will be a part time offering via contact sessions. In order to obtain the MPH, the student will be expected to complete 5 core modules of 16 credits each and one elective module from the students area of interest followed by a 96 credit research project. The core modules will be offered yearly with Research Methods and Bio-ethics offered every second year. A 50% research dissertation will be needed to complete the requirements. A student is expected to register for 32 credits per semester for the course work. The elective will be offered only with a minimum registration of 10 students
