Modules and Credits Required for Post Graduate Diploma-

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum 3 year Bachelor’s degree in a health or social science related discipline
  • A minimum of 12 months of work experience in a health related environment

COURSES OFFERED:

The Post graduate Diploma will be a part time offering via contact sessions. A student requires a total of 128 credits- 96 core credits and 32 elective credits- no specialisation. The core modules (Introduction to Public Health, Basics of Health Measurement, Human Resource Management, National Health systems and Primary Care and Public Service Learning. The elective will be offered only with a minimum registration of 10 students. The Post Graduate Diploma can be completed over a 24 month period.
